A wonderful experience – Maggie was exceptional

点评：We had a brilliant visit to Vivary High Ropes this weekend. My son was the only one on the course for his session, and his instructor, Maggie, was truly outstanding.
She has such a lovely, high-energy approach and remained completely engaging and creative throughout. What I found most impressive was how she personalised the entire experience for him; she gauged his confidence and ability perfectly, knowing exactly how to encourage him to step outside his comfort zone while making him feel entirely safe. She built up a great deal of trust very quickly, which was wonderful to see.
My son was absolutely buzzing afterwards, and as a parent watching from the sidelines, it was genuinely fun to witness his progress.
I must also mention that every other member of staff we encountered was extremely kind and professional. It is clear the team is focused on providing the best possible experience while maintaining a very high standard of safety.
We are so grateful to Maggie for making it such a memorable day. We will definitely be back!
