点评：Our recent trip to Tibet was truly unforgettable, we ate group of 4 travelers from Singapore . Thanks to the outstanding service and genuine care provided by Tenzin and his entire team. From the beginning we experienced sincerity from Tenzin when we discussing about our trip . His is always warm hospitable and practice effective and efficient communication .
What impressed me was how the team consistently addressed any concerns promptly and took immediate action to ensure our comfort. On one particular occasion, due to a last-minute schedule change at Everest Base Camp, we were at risk of losing accommodation at the base camp . Our Tour guide went above and beyond to secure the last two available rooms for us — a clear reflection of their dedication and responsiveness in taking care their customers.
Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable, always ready to share insights about tibet region, culture, and history. More importantly, she genuinely cared for each of the four of us, making sure we were safe, comfortable, and enjoying the experience.
We were also impressed by our driver's professionalism and responsibility throughout the 7-day journey. Navigating the challenging snowy terrain of Tibet is no small task, yet he made the entire trip feel safe and smooth with his calm and steady driving.
We began this journey as customers and guide, but by the end, we left Tibet as friends — a testament to the heart and dedication this team puts into their work.
I wholeheartedly recommend this tour for anyone seeking a memorable, well-managed, and deeply personal travel experience in Tibet. Kudos to Tenzin and team . Thank you for the wonderful experience.
