点评：Disappointing! My husband treated my daughter and I to the Woodhouse Spa Summit for a special occasion. I have been to a number of spas over the years and have come to expect certain amenities, treatments, etc. Unfortunately you will not find them at this spa. The locker room is very small and difficult to navigate with multiple guests in the room. The quiet room had water and a couple of packets of nuts and mini fruit bars. There was honey and sugar but no tea in sight. We were asked to arrive 30 minutes early to complete some intake forms. When I went downstairs to ask for some tea, I was met with a comment that they provide tea after the treatment and that we had arrived ‘so early’. The person who brought the tea seemed put out and at this point I am not expecting much from this spa. The treatments were ok. I was not asked during the treatment if everything was good and whether pressure should be different like typical spas and, due to the size of the treatment room, my massage therapist hit into me 2-3 times during the massage. Finally it was time to go and while I was putting the tips into envelopes, the person at the front desk who commented about us arriving early, brought the tea and was now checking us out said that I owed over $300. I commented that my husband had prepaid for the services. She then looked in the system and said ok. I am not sure whether she was looking to double charge us or had some other issue with me but this left a really bad taste in my mouth on my birthday…
