点评：Todos dizem para ir a estatua da liberdade em Nova York, hoje chegou a nossa vez. Infelizmente foi uma grande decepção, extremamente desorganizado, a espera para embarque na balsa demorou mais de 90 minutos sob o sol escaldante. Minha filha passou mal e quase desmaiou. Na volta a mesma demora, sol quente, calor, pessoas suadas, gente passando mal. No ingresso que comprei incluia a visita a ilha Ellis, mas nós já não tinhamos mais condições físicas de descer lá, fora toda decepção, realmente neste caso não há preocupação com a experiência do cliente. Eu realmente não pretendo voltar e não recomendo.
Everyone says to go to the Statue of Liberty in New York, today it's our turn. Unfortunately it was a big disappointment, extremely disorganized, the wait to board the ferry took over 90 minutes under the scorching sun. My daughter was sick and almost fainted. On the way back, the same delay, hot sun, heat, sweaty people, people feeling sick. The ticket I bought included a visit to Ellis Island, but we were no longer physically able to go down there, apart from all the disappointment, really in this case there is no concern for the customer's experience. I really don't intend to go back and I don't recommend it.
