Daylesford Cookery School的点评
点评：I was a bit apprehensive about attending my first cooking course but James Steve and Matt made us all welcome from the outset.
They are very knowledgable and can present well in a relaxed and reassuring manner.
The kitchen was immaculate and set out well for the days activities.
The produce was all high quality and sourced locally if not actually grown on site to maintain the organic ethos.
The course was entertaining and informative in equal measures with a considerable amount of actual cooking to make you feel like you have produced something and not just been demonstrated too.
Daylesford is a fantastic venue, not only for cooking but as a quality retailer and food emporium.
I would strongly recommend Daylesford if you want to do a cooking course and I will hopefully be back there soon on another course.
