点评：A fabulous and informative way to enjoy learning more about the wine-making process and tasting the end product! Thanks to a Christmas present of one of the estates vouchers, we signed up for a Winemaker's Insight Tour & Tasting and Guided Tasting Flight. Learning about the mechanics as well as the skills of the winemakers allowed us to appreciate more our love of wine, especially English wine. We were lucky enough to choose the day on which they decided the grapes were ready to harvest, so there was an extra buzz about the vineyard. We were also grateful, that some of the wines we tasted following the tour were the same that we had chosen for our tasting flight; and without prompting we were encouraged to choose alternatives. Suzy, our guide, was very knowledgeable and friendly and shared some interesting insights. An enjoyable few hours, at a bustling venue, we will definitely return, perhaps to enjoy the wine with a meal in the restaurant, although the cheese board that we chose with our tasting flight, was also delicious.
