Last night was our final sail with Captain Mike on the Express Mail before his retirement, and it was a perfect, bittersweet "full circle" moment. Our family has been sailing with him for three decades—I even brought along photos of my son sailing with him nearly 30 years ago and his daughter from 10 years ago.
The experience is the definition of relaxation. Last night gave us a masterpiece of a sunset in gold, orange, and violet. Captain Mike has been a steady, professional, and warm presence for our family through two different boats and countless milestones.
