Italian Glass Factory Fraud

Showroom is first rate
"HOWEVER"
We picked out a $3500 glass piece with custom GOLD inlay and it came to our hour 5 weeks later in the states
UNFORTUNATELY ------
The glass piece was NOT the piece we purchased!!!
When purchasing something out of the country ALWAYS TAKE A picture of it from ALL angles to which we did and we blasted them for deceptive practices and FRAUD -
That is the most classless thing to do especially when you are spending money for a custom SUPOSEDLY one off piece - this experience took away the fun we had in Venice.
The piece was similar however none the the art in the piece matched which tells you that this was deliberately done and they say that you are buying such a special piece 1 off piece of glass artwork is BS. Total BS
Unfortunately for them we did in fact take pictures of the glass plate with with the tag and all the markings and fired off an email to them - called Amex and provided all of the evidence - their first response was we are concerned as this is unusual , we will check with the salesman - Ironically the salesman was the GENERAL MANAGER of the glass store!
So, it starts from the top which makes it a bigger attempt to defraud the consumer/tourist. Maybe they think they can showboat the showroom and 6 weeks passes you don't remember the details of a particular piece and they shave more profit by sending you a bad rendition of a copy of it.
I am going after them and might even get an international atty to file charges for Fraud in Italy!!

所以，他们从最顶层开始，这让他们更大规模地欺骗消费者/游客。也许他们以为可以炫耀展厅，然后等你6周过去，你都记不住某件商品的细节，然后他们再寄给你一张质量很差的复制品，以此榨取更多利润。
我要去追究他们的责任，甚至可能会找个国际律师在意大利起诉他们欺诈！！
