点评：It is with a sad heart that I must make this review. I made a large purchase ( 24 gold and platinum-lined wine glasses) that were to be shipped to my home in America. within a month of making the purchase. They never arrived. A reputable/trustworthy business would have worked with me to try to figure out when they would arrive or where they might be in the process, but instead I was treated to unprofessional behavior. Specifically, they did not respond to my email inquiry about the delivery, and when I called (several attempts), they would "transfer" me to a speaker of English, who would not pick up the phone. If you go to Murano, I encourage you to visit a different factory and purchase your items somewhere else (there were other, less-expensive options). If you are interested in ordering something online, avoid this store as they are not an honest company and will rip you off if they think they can get away with it.
