Unexpectedly Well Done Museum

点评：The Museum of the City of Chisinau wasn't on my original sightseeing list, but I stopped by on my final day in the country after I'd returned to the capital for my flight home. I was pleasantly surprised: The museum building is a circular tower with ~5 levels, each representing a different era in the city's history from its founding (lower levels) to the Soviet era and modern day (upper levels) - the latter, of course, featuring beautiful views of the city. Each two-room floor embraced a similar structure and model, highlighting enterprise, clothing, politics, etc. - this allows the visitor to understand the evolution in each area.
This isn't a big museum (~30-45 minutes will do fine) and English translations are lacking, so would bring your Google Translate app. But well worth a visit.
