点评:We went for the ice cream and stayed for the animals. Warning : two scoops is A Lot of Ice Cream! There is a pleasant room and outdoor seating to enjoy your cones. Then you just walk up the hill to but tickets for the farm. I thought the $11 price per person, kids and adults seemed a bit steep. But then I see what large, creative, fun enclosures the of the animals have, and the electric lights for warmth, well kept cages and clean ground, abundance of wooden structures to play in and little sturdy tractors to ride and I can see why they need to charge that much. Plus a farm in Westbrook ! rare ! and a very welcome sight. The fountains are beautiful and the ponds too. We really appreciated all of the shade.
To the person who complained about the calves. It is a very sad thing to see . It is the price we all pay for milk and ice cream and cheese. If the mothers fed their calves their would be no milk. I guess we could refuse to eat veal .
