VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena的点评
点评：Greg Gutfeld show was great, stuff very friednly.
My husbund has an incoming birthday, so ticket for this show wa part of his birthday gift.
we were sitting in section 104 so we were upstairs..
After the show a lot of peopple were I leaving, huge crowds
At downsterin near to 2 escalators, was entrance to ground seating, and there were restroom.
Becouse I had a drink, so needed urgently go to use batroom.
One emploey -a man stopped me, I explanede thattI need to go to bathroom, and he told me "here are not restroom your have to go upstaatirs" .We went to ask another man who worked there, and he pointed the entrance, where they denied me an access. I had bad knee, - no way to take the stairs.So many people were going one direction down. and escalators was going same way - down.
I needed go urgently, so I went to same place, now there iwere less people leaveing, so you can see the restrooms doors. This time a woman ,stopped me, I told her that I need go urgently, she tried to send me upstairs again, but I run direction to the restroom, Thankfully there we only a few women ahed of me and I made on time.
On the way back to the lobby I told her that is not right to denied o basic right , to use in the facility restroom and her response was " Go to hell".
Really this way your employee treats a customer. ?????
It was my first visit of VyStar Veterans Memorial Arenat. I never in my life was treated this way, I am 73 years old, and I never wil go to your place, and tell all my friends about this expeience.

在回大厅的路上，我告诉她，剥夺使用设施洗手间的基本权利是不对的，她的回应是“见鬼去吧”。
