点评：This trip was booked for me as a birthday surprise through another company
I believe it has now changed quite a bit
It was the Bath & Bristol, 25 mins
My flight took off from the back of the Tollgate Cafe near Dryham
Good seat with excellent view
Given headphones to wear with microphone
Unfortunately the pilot & ground crew didn't check to see if it was working
It wasn't !!
Surely it is the pilots duty to check with his passengers if they could hear him, what if there was an emergency !!
Therefore the whole 25 min flight I never heard a thing what the pilot was saying 0r pointing out
I mentioned this after the flight but it "fell on deaf ears" & tried to say it was not their responsibility !
Fortunately I am local born so knew the area we were flying over, Bath was particularly good as was Bristol
The flight over the suspension bridge was the highlight for me
On landing we were individually photographed & then asked to pay £10 for a "postcard picture", what a rip off, especially after paying a huge amount for the trip
