Champneys Forest Mere Spa的点评
点评：Lovely Champneys colleagues (Magda, Caroline, Harriet, Ross, Alana, Amy Lou, Lesley and Ruby are some of the names I remember ( the housekeeping was second to none, sorry I did not know your names)
I had a bargain break at a lovely spa that did what I needed it todo - allowed me to exhale. It feels unfair to judge the slightly worn edges, which did nothing to remove enjoyment, as this break elsewhere would cost at least twice as much.
The setting is beautiful and I had a room overlooking the lake, complete bliss.
The thing that did let it down was the evening meals - just weird limited menu. But I gather you know this and having seen the menus brought in elsewhere at Champneys I’m relieved this is changing.
I’d have loved a Champneys table ( which is in the brochure for solo travellers) but every other guest was super friendly
Also …. I’m certain there is a misprint as I don’t think the deconstructed cheesecake comes with pumpkin chutney- I’m a bit surprised no one in Champneys head office spotted that
My tip, don’t expect 5 star luxury at this price and you’ll have an amazing stay and come home massaged and with sparkly toes

还有……我敢肯定这里有个印刷错误，因为我觉得那种“解构版”芝士蛋糕应该不会配南瓜酸辣酱才对——真奇怪Champneys总部居然没人发现这点。
我的建议是：以这个价格可别指望能享受到五星级的奢华体验，不过你依然能度过一段美妙的时光，回家时还能享受按摩服务，脚趾甲也会闪闪发亮哦。
