点评：A fabulous trip across the inlet of the Firth of Clyde to Holy Isle off The Isle of Arran - approx 15 mins from pier to pier Lamlash - Hole isle ↔️ need to book in advance with Lamlash Cruises- at time of review £24 PP (Adult) £16 ( child 5-16) 🤔 you may feel £24 is a little high for a 15 min ferry trip but this is not a funded service it’s private enterprise & good value for money in my mind 👌.. safe professional engaging knowledgeable staff & an efficient service, unless you want to swim across for free 😁..
Holy isle itself a fascinating place almost like a prehistoric island 🏝️- ultimately as a day visitor you get a 4hr window to walk the island including going across the top to the summit of “Mullach Mor” there are ferries that run morning & afternoon services.
It’s a steady amble up to the top with some mild scrambling at the far end down to the lighthouses if you decide on going to the summit - alternatively you can just walk/hike the majority of the coastline just not the North Side -
If you are lucky you may see the peregrine falcon that resides on the south shore ✅.. all together a fabulous walk/hike & view if the weather gods are favourable 😀👌🏴
