点评:We often find ourselves out at BrewDog in Ellon due to the big appeal of it being dog friendly (obviously). It can be quite difficult to get a table at weekends if you don't book but we tend to live on the edge and rock up anyway.
Staff are always wondering about and happy to help but occasionally miss you on passing if it's busier. Always served with a smile and more than happy to accommodate.
Food is on the pricier side but I feel like the quality and potion sizes are generous enough. It's made fresh to order so it never cold or lukewarm which I actually hate. We've tried most things. Waffles and Chicken (YUM!), Pancake Stack, Pizza's, Burgers, Loaded Fries and Wings. Nothing I can say I've not enjoyed. Except the fact that the chicken burger I think are possibly made with thigh meat (not for me). The tenders are nice, especially the buffalo!
Kids meals are offered. Usual suspects. Mac and Cheese. Burgers, Nuggets.
Soft drinks are expensive and it's one thing that really irritates me about all establishments these days is the price of a draught beverage! I know how much that is costing and the mark up on these is shocking but you can't have it all I suppose. Our soft drink bill one visit was around £40. We are a family of 5 but this is something to keep in mind. It doesn't stop us returning but it does add a lot to the total cost of a visit here.
Overall we enjoy our visits to BrewDog and there is small play park to the side of the building which helps our kids disappear whilst waiting for their food without the usual "I'm starving" on repeat.
