Great day, fun, beaituful waters, friendly and helpful captain

点评：First of all, it was very easy communicating with Deborah who is the Captain in charge of this company. They also asked the right questions before our trip about our ages and any health or physical issues. Kina (not sure i spelled it correctly) was our captain for the day. She was great. Very friendly, knowledgeable and always took care to hold our hands getting on and off the boat safely.
I had some concerns about seating and shade from the sun. There is a bimini (awning) that covers the seat for two (with a back for support) in front of the captain's seat. Most of the time I sat there and it was shaded, but not always, depending upon the angle of the sun. There was a rear seat for two with a back, but you are always in the sun. There was a two seater directly under the bimini for the captain and I was told before the trip that another person could sit there, but it didn't seem possible since the wheel was in the middle. Anyway, due to calm seas, some people stood up and were able to be under the bimini. Others wanted to be in the sun! We had 5 people.
And I am so glad Kina took us to Ivan's Stress Free Bar on Jost Van Dyke. We didn't want the crowds at Soggy Dollar so were going to go to lunch at Foxy's instead, however she recommended Ivan's instead which was perfect because not only was the food good, the bartender great, we also had a beautiful beach right there!
Oh and the snorkeling was great. We went to the caves and Indians off Norman Island before heading over to Jost. It was very nice to get in the water from a boat, particularly in calm water, rather than trying to snorkel from a beach. The following day I tried that at Brewer's Bay and the water was so cloudy and the waves a bit rough to do that. I turned around and walked out of the water.
The price might seem high, and we didn't compare to other companies, but we felt it was worth it.
