点评：Our 15-year-old daughter is passionate about marine life and the coastal environment. She is considering colleges offering marine biology programs. This camp was a wonderful introduction to the field of marine biology and she had a great time! She has attended sleep-away camp in the past but felt nervous about a new place and not knowing anyone. She made friends very quickly and the staff was attentive and welcoming. She flew alone into Wilmington, and staff was on time to greet her. We even received a call from her counselor the day before her departure just to ask if we had any questions and to introduce herself. We immediately knew our daughter would be in great hands. The volunteer experience at the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the chance to witness a sea turtle release was both educational and rewarding and making new friends with similar interests was extra special. We enjoyed seeing daily photos and appreciated the no-phones policy. It enabled our daughter to immerse herself in the experience and to practice both her social and professional skills. Throughout enrollment, Dana and her team were responsive and helpful. We highly recommend!
