Loved this Tiny Island!

点评：Loved this tiny little island! Although we read that it would be crowded and touristy, our experience was the polar opposite. Although it was a cooler day with some light sprinkles, the visit was awesome. We chose this island because it fit within our tight schedule, we would have loved to gotten to many of the other islands. We encountered no more than 5 other visitors on Fjaderholmarna, having most of the island to ourselves. As others have stated, it literally takes 20 minutes to walk around the entire island if you don't stop in the craft shops, boat museum or restaurants. The craft shops are unique, with high marks to the pottery, wool and silversmith shops. The views all around were amazing, and the small boat museum was nicely done and free. Our only challenge was finding a ferry with a timeline that worked for us. Luckily we stumbled upon FjaderhomsLinsjen, with hourly ferrys to and from Slussen (near old town.) On our way back, we were the only passengers on the (enclosed) ferry. We also had an awesome brunch at Roda Villan, which had come highly recommended. Our total time on the island was two hours, which was just perfect, and included shopping and brunch.
