点评：We had a lovely week at MacDonald’s Farm!
**Positives:**
- The park and farm were very sociable areas. Our kids made lots of friends and loved spending time there.
- The food was great—really tasty, though not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
- The toilet, shower & facilities were clean and well-maintained, with nice touches like provided washing-up liquid.
- The communal freezers were a brilliant idea—every site should have this!
- The staff were friendly and helpful.
**Negatives:**
- There weren’t enough showers and toilets. We visited during the school holidays when it was very busy, and at times, there were no toilets available—which isn’t ideal with little ones in a hurry.
- We did have a problem with our neighbours parking their van on our pitch to the point they were almost on top of us, possibly ignoring the boundaries marked with wood. Clearer marking would help .
- There was only one goal for the kids to play with, while bins were set up at the other end, which looked scruffy. Adding a second goal would be great for the kids.
- There were quite a few stinging nettles, some even growing into the paths. With so many young children around, it wouldn’t take much to cut them back.
Overall, we had a wonderful time. The only thing that might stop us from returning is the limited number of toilets, but otherwise, it’s an almost perfect site!
