incredibly rude manager.

点评：The manager is AWFUL! She needs to get fired. She made children cry. a family member of mine accidentally spilled the yarn, and she SCREAMED AT HER. Olivia apologized right away and said she would pick them up. we picked it all up, she said that we intentionally destroyed the store. we told her it was not intentional and we apologize. Olivia (the girl who spilled the yarn) asked her to please not yell at her because she did not mean to. The manager said “if you wanna destroy my store and get mouthy with me, you can go ahead and leave” and she was very rude. She followed us out of the store and announced that we were banned. We called and she screamed at us over the phone. I even recorded it because it was so appalling. She said our kids are bad and we need to parent our kids better and the kids need to be raised differently. She was incredibly rude, made the kids cry and told all the kids they are banned forever. She really needs to fix her attitude or she is losing customers. She is truly the rudest person I have ever came encountered with.
