点评：I'd like to give Harbin a one star because I was so disappointed with my experience, but some of the staff were really lovely, so I don't have the heart to give this such a low rating. This was my first visit since the fires. It's also most likely my last. It just ain't what it used to be. The pools have been refurbished very nicely with the addition of a cold pool. The sauna is also nice. The water yoga class was really fun and the instructor great. That's about where the compliments stop. The property is now so spread out that it has lost it's retreat atmosphere. There are cars parked here there and everywhere and although you can walk to most things, it is quite far to walk from any accommodations to the pools. I stayed in the Cottages, and though it was nice enough and had a lovely porch, the heater made a horrible whining sound all night long. I was lucky to have my earplugs. The bedspread was just kind of ugly and not easy to launder, thus not that appealing to sleep under. I had a real hassle over the charging of my EV. When I checked in and mentioned I would be charging my vehicle, no one told me how it worked. The morning I tried to hook up my car with no luck, I spent the next hour figuring out what I had to do. lt turned out I needed a special key that I could get from the kiosk and I'd only have for 6 hours to return it or I'd be charged $25. The charger is a slow one and my car couldn't be charged in 6 hours, so I paid the extra $25 on top of the $10. I thought they'd give me some grace period, but no. The resort just isn't well managed and along with the site of construction everywhere, just not a pleasant place to be. Oh well.
