The BEST view in Society Islands!

点评：There are so many great areas around each island but even Bora Bora, in my opinion, does not provide this type of a view - and to think that this is literally a small parking on a hill on a side of the main road that anybody with a car or even bicycle, or even walk from the nearby hotels/lodging, do just like that is a cherry on the top!
Even on a bad weather day this stop is still amazing! We didn't stay at the Sofitel, we did however visit it with a Day Pass, although on a meh weather day, I must say the view from the top is just something else! Trick about this place that gives it that edge over other vista points in the Society Islands is that it provides a view of a big lagoon, but also is elevated, whereas most other islands do so from a waterfront area, unless of course you own a residential property raised a bit higher on the hill with a panoramic view :)
It's free, it's never crowded (unless a big tour buss comes over but it's a short stop for them) and there is plenty of space for everyone - don't just come here for a moment, this place is actually an amazing stop for a picnic/to chill as there are benches in a shade here.
Also, right across the street is a pretty cool "mini mural" of Moorea on the rock wall.
TIP: there is a local dog/doggies coming over here, do bring some food and some water (there are garbing bins here to dispose of whatever you don't need)
