Great organisation, helpful guide: Awesome experience!

点评：We started our private trip to Rinjani on the 8th of October. Via WhatsApp, Muji was quick to react and in less than two days the paperwork was done. They thought about everything: Pickup on Bangsal harbour (since we stayed in Gili Air), transfer after our trek to our hotel..you name it and they will provide.
Our guide for the trek was Awan and he is such a kind and patient person. He took the time to help us step by step. During our trek, Awan made sure that everything was provided for us (water, other drinks and our daily fruits and many other things). Our climb to Rinjani started on a Wednesday night. Even though the wind was tearing us apart, Awan was there for us to help us reach the summit. The porters Dennis and Rio made sure that when we arrived at a camp site, everything was already prepared. Our tents were set up and the food was ready and delicious. They made sure that our bellies were filled properly. Last but not least our driver bapak Kamil picked us up on the harbour and dropped us off at the hotel. He's a great driver and a kind person.
