Do not use Mr. Vacuum
Mr Vacuum Cleaner的点评
点评：Mr. Vacuum was absolutely terrible.
They were not cheap for a "refurbished" Dyson vacuum. (Purchased via Wowcher)
My wife purchased what was purported to be a refurbished Dyson V6 cordless vacuum from Mr. Vacuum Ltd. (online purchase)
She was mis-sold the unit and we we could not get a response from the Mr. Vacuum.
We checked the serial number UF5-UK-JGR3516A on Dyson website and it transpired that we had been sent a Dyson DC59 cordless stick vacuum.
Not only did they send the wrong unit but all the the attachments were not compatible with the body of the vacuum. (The cost of replacement parts are difficult to come by and are extremely costly so we were advised to scrap this unit and buy a new Dyson as it would be much cheaper than trying to buy new attachments!)
We tried for days to contact Mr Vacuum but did not get any response.
We had to resort to contacting Wowcher for advice / action.
Wowcher were unable to contact Mr. Vacuum so Wowcher offered a credit note for full amount.
We now have 1 useless stick vacuum cleaner but have had to buy a new vacuum from a reputable dealer.
