If you like Gin, especially Bombay Sapphire, this is a must do experience

点评：I was bought a voucher for an experience as I have always liked Bombay Sapphire Gin and when I went to book, I liked the look of the Sunset Experience. To be honest, I didn't look that closely and didn't clock that it was named after the current variation of Bombay Sapphire which has the addition of a few more botanicals.
This made for a really great weekend - reception were well organised and welcoming, our host was a font of knowledge, very easygoing and did an excellent job of explaining all about Bombay Sapphire, the site, history, the wider drinks industry, the efforts to be sustainable as well, of course, as making some excellent cocktails!
Surprised at how much is included in the price which might seem a lot at first but for us it was very good value for money with numerous drinks during the day (thank goodness we could stagger down the road to the Watership Down Inn!), a bottle of Bombay Sapphire Sunset edition and chocolates to take away as well of course learning all about how this particular gin is made.
