A Disappointing Polar Express Experience

点评：We were so excited to celebrate our family Christmas party on the Polar Express train ride, renting an entire VIP train car for our family. Unfortunately, our experience was completely ruined by an incredibly unprofessional staff member who screamed at us the entire time.
Despite the fact that we were engaged, having fun, and enjoying the experience with our children, this staff member repeatedly yelled at us, claiming we weren’t paying attention. Her behavior was completely unacceptable, as she was not only disruptive but also used foul language in front of children. We asked her multiple times to calm down, but she continued her cussing and screaming, which left everyone feeling uncomfortable and disheartened.
What should have been a magical holiday experience for our family turned into a frustrating ordeal. We expected professionalism, especially in a VIP setting, but this staff member’s behavior was beyond inappropriate.
I cannot recommend this experience to anyone unless there are significant changes in staff training and customer service. A train ride meant to bring joy ended up ruining a special family celebration, and that’s something we’ll never get back.
