An absolute terrible experience

点评：I took my two-year-old to Hinksey Outdoor Pool today. When we arrived there were only 30 minutes left in the session, which is actually enough for a toddler. The staff member at the desk told us we could wait and come back for the next session and that we’d then have two hours; she never said that wouldn’t be possible. We waited by the pool for half an hour, but when the next session started a different staff member was on duty and she refused to let us in under any circumstances. My husband and I explained that this was their colleague’s mistake and that my two-year-old shouldn’t have to pay the price for it, but she still wouldn’t allow even 15 minutes in the water. I had to take my child—who has been unwell for a month and had been looking forward to swimming—home in her swimsuit, in tears. The lack of coordination and the unkindness from staff—refusing even to let a small child dip her feet in the water—was very disappointing.
