点评：I booked this trip for myself, wife and two sons as part of my 60th birthday celebrations. Chris was a fantastic skipper who put us straight on the fish next to a wreck about half an hour out. He was attentive, humorous and patient. He provided the tackle and bait and demonstrated everything we needed to do. It was a half day trip split between a wreck and a reef and we must have had over 100 fish between eight of us, with everyone catching. Mostly whiting on this trip but also dogfish, scad,mackerel, pouting, gurnard and conger. We took enough back for a fantastic tea. What I really liked is how the skipper will take any unclaimed fish and give it to the local food bank. What a fantastic thing.
We also saw a couple of pods of Rissos dolphins and on our request we hauled in the tackle so we could get a closer look at these amazing creatures.
It was a fabulous day out, great value and I can’t recommend it highly enough. I definitely want to now try a full days wrecking. Meva is one of my favourite places on the planet and this will be a memory for life.
