点评：Lack of cleanliness, shower room is dirty, the floor is black with dirt, it smells of piss, some showers have not been functional for months and have not been repaired.
the sinks and mirrors are dirty, some have not worked for months.
Lack of security, there are thefts every week.
the sports machines are functional, not new but they work!
Sauna and hammam are broken 2/3 of the time!
the floor is dirty everywhere, I doubt they use enough disinfectants for the safety of our feet, this place is risky for foot bacteria!
In the summer there is no air conditioning, it smells of body odor, humidity, and the heat is intense in the gym...
The water part, the jacuzzi, is broken 3/4 of the time, often dirty.
The water fountain is outdated, you really have to be thirsty to drink this water full of bacteria.
The pools are good most of the time.
the staff is fine, you can't ask much from people who are paid $16/hour they don't take you seriously and they don't care a bit, which is absolutely understandable.
I want to highlight a shameful lie, this company became known thanks to its marketing strategy which was to open the gym 24 hours a day.
unfortunately this is not the case, it is open in the morning until 10 p.m. and on weekends until 8 p.m.! Big lie!
