Best customer service ever!
Canalside Farm Shop & Cafe的点评
点评：My family and I visited Canalside Farm for Pumpkin Picking today and had a lovely time. What was incredibly enjoyable though was observing some of the loveliest customer service we've ever experienced from their butcher section.
Our teenage, autistic son loves their pizzas, which we'd promised him if he joined us for a family day out geared more to our toddler. He was thrown through a loop when the pizzas were not on but we'd placated him with the delicious looking pumpkin chickens from the butcher counter. When he realised they had firecracker sauce and sausage meat he swerved them, being much more a fan of simple foods.
Our son was utterly thrilled to hear one of the butchers offer to prepare a plain pumpkin chicken for him if he'd like. This helpful, courteous and kind young man absolutely made our son's day and we couldn't be more appreciative of him. He went above and beyond to make sure we left very happy customers, and indeed we did.
