点评：Farm shop was okay - range of usual goods on sale. However, to me a Farm’ shop should only sell goods from that locality. Fruit from foreign climates should not be sold. Support British farmers I thought would have been a priority.
The massive let down was the cafe. Very, very slow staff. The person taking the order could only take one item at a time. Asked for a coffee and bap - took order for bap and when I reminded her about the latte she snapped “I’m doing the bap first’. Really rude member of staff. Coffee arrived luke-warm and really non-memorable. Lacking in taste. When questioned the heat of the coffee was told “we serve it at 69 degrees the perfect temperature. The coffee was almost cold and they refused to exchange it - did put it in the microwave though. Always a massive queue mainly due to the slowness of taking orders and the obvious not being able to operate the coffee machine properly.
Bap was okay, nothing special- good sausage, too salty bacon and a decent mushroom. The bap itself was very dry.
Would I come again? Not a chance as there are far superior farm shops within driving distance.
