点评:I have just come back from the Spa at Bannatyne’s FALKIRK.
It has been shocking experience I booked three treatments online one for me – eyebrow wax at 12.15 and two for my Mums birthday treat a eyebrow wax and pedicure. Eyebrow wax at 12 and pedicure at 12.45 – please find booking confirmation attached.
We booked in and had a coffee in the café ,at 12.30 my Mum asked how much longer we would be waiting to be told a couple of minutes.
Finally at 12.45 I was taken for my treatment (meant to be 12.15), my mum was taken through and left in Spa area. I then came out to find my mum still sitting there – no treatment and I commented “oh you are still here”, there were two other ladies also waiting and one of them asked how long my mum had been waiting to which she said an hour , they then promptly left.
Leea was doing someone’s nails and said to my mum she was just finishing her client and then would see what had happened, a further 20 minutes passed Leea saw he client away and then came through to say that she would do my Mum but had to miss her break ….. this was now at 1.20pm she then continued to say that she didn’t feel comfortable though as my mum had been discussing her hour wait in front of other clients.
I asked Leea why we waited so long, and she said that Spa day clients take precedence over bookings and all they get is a code to say what treatments need doing …still no apology or understanding of our now 1hr 30 wait.
We had a family lunch to go to at 2pm and Leea reiterated that she wasn’t comfortable doing my Mum again .
I sked Leea to refund my mums treatment price - £35 to which she said she couldn’t it would need the manager to do this.

Leea 正在给别人修指甲,她对我妈妈说她刚为她的顾客修完,然后会看看发生了什么事,又过了 20 分钟,Leea 看到顾客走了,然后过来说她会为我妈妈修,但是不得不错过她的休息时间……这时是下午 1 点 20 分,她继续说她感觉不舒服,因为我妈妈在其他顾客面前讨论了她一个小时的等待时间。
