点评：Wanted to travel both Spain and Italy. Approached Greca as I booked with them for my Greece tour and the tour was good.
The correspondence was smooth and reply were usually within 1-3 working days. Amendments were also done quite quickly.
One positive change i noticed was the payment. I remembered 3 yrs ago when I booked my Greece tour, payment had to be done over the phone. Now, there's online payment which is actually safer.
Vouchers were sent and confirmation done a wk before my tour date. Do take note that you have to really check the master voucher carefully as they can be quite a lot of mistakes (eg, dates, time).
I had a horrible scare on my first day. I arrived in Madrid, my airport pick up didn't turn up. I watsapp the number given but no response. I ended up calling Uber to the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was told my reservation was cancelled 2 mths ago!! Couldn't get Greca as it was 2am in the morning. Good thing the hotel had room available and I just booked a room on my own.
I emailed Greca. They replied me within a couple of hrs and apologised. Refund was given. However, it was really not abt the refund. I was really scary that things didn't turn out well in a foreign county!
Thankfully, the tour went well subsequently.
Will I use Greca again? Likely yes. In fact, I recommended Greca to my friends. But I think I'll be more careful the next time and re-re-reconfirm things again.
