点评：Hands down the WORST agency I’ve ever dealt with. We booked a 2-week trip through Jordan, Greece, and Morocco with my parents (almost 70 years old) hoping Greca would make things easier. Instead, they turned it into a nightmare.
From day one it was a mess: Carmen, the so-called “agent,” took WEEKS to respond, then dumped the final itinerary on us just 3 DAYS before the trip — completely useless. The schedule she put together was ridiculous, with entire days wasted on unnecessary transfers.
During the trip, everything went wrong: poor visibility of the itinerary, mediocre and dirty hotels, a paid tour in Corfu never showed up (we waited an hour at the meeting point!), drivers were constantly late, they sold us an eSIM that never worked, zero communication, zero professionalism... the list goes on and on!
Greca Travel is a scam. They complicated everything, made us lose time, money, and patience. If you want to enjoy your vacation, stay far away from this irresponsible and disorganized agency.
