A splashing good time in LBI!
Thundering Surf Waterpark的点评
点评：We spent a day at Thundering Surf Waterpark in Beach Haven (Long Beach Island, NJ), and honestly—it was one of the highlights of our summer. Whether you're going with kids, teens, or just looking for a chill day with friends, this place delivers.
The park is super clean, well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and attentive. There are lifeguards everywhere, which made us feel really safe, especially with younger kids in tow.
There’s a great variety of attractions—tons of fun slides, a lazy river to float along when you want to relax, and Cowabunga Beach, which is perfect for little ones. The FlowRider was a surprise hit—watching the kids try surfing (and wipe out!) was hilarious and honestly impressive.
They’ve got cabanas you can rent for shade and food service right to your spot, which was a nice bonus. The food was decent for a waterpark—your usual burgers, pizza, and snacks—but everything came out quickly.
It’s not a huge park, which we actually liked. You can see and do everything without feeling overwhelmed, and the lines weren’t bad at all during our visit.
All in all, Thundering Surf is the perfect combo of fun, sun, and water. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in LBI!
