点评:horrible experience.
on our arrival in Nadi our departing transfer plane malfunctioned. we were informed 20mins to departure that the plane was broken and we'd have to take the 5 hour ferry ride to our resort. no other options. after our travel agent spoke with them they begrudgingly arranged a helicopter transfer. (apparently there were other options afterall? ) we still arrived at our destination late.
we learned later from other guests at our resort that the turtle plane had issues the day before and finally took off with passengers after several failed take off attempts. but we had to wait in their office for 3 hours before being informed that whatever they ducttapped back together didn't work. their fleet is apparently falling apart.
On our return transfer the plane was an hour late. with the explanation: "other passengers were late". which was clearly bs. but no one actually told us this... we just waited in the dark, our resort attempting to get a straight answer from turtle - which simply parroted "its 5 minutes away" for an hour.
no one at turtle acknowledged their tardiness. no apology. seemed like a routine thing for them. the staff at our resort essentially said "yeah turtle is usually late, pacific air is usually on time".
even on fiji time, the lack of communication, apology or respect for guests is inexcusable.
if you have a choice, choose something else.

Turtle 酒店没有人承认他们的迟到,也没有道歉。这对他们来说似乎习以为常。我们度假村的工作人员基本上说:“是的,Turtle 酒店经常迟到,太平洋航空通常准时。”
即使是斐济时间,缺乏沟通、道歉或对客人的尊重也是不可原谅的。
如果可以选择,那就选择其他酒店吧。
