点评：BEWARE! Let me beginning by saying their wine is great. It's the business practices that are horrible, along with their customer service. The beginning of September 2026, we purchased two wine tastings ($18.96), two packs of 8 little crackers ($4.00), one ice wine taste ($4.74) and a case of Rock Legend wine ($186.12). At checkout she combined everything together and I told her I only wanted to tip on the tastings. Next to the 10% button on Square, it displayed $22.22 and she said that was the tasting total and that is what the 10% tip would be on. On the way home I realized it sounded high so I checked my emailed receipt and saw she charged the 10% tip on the case of wine also. I called her immediately and she assured me she would credit my card back the $22.22. She never did. So she lied to me. Also, after I paid for everything at the store, I wanted a $2 bottle of water. I didn't have any cash on me and she told me that it was a minimum charge of $15 to use my credit card. I asked her for a glass for water and she told me that the water at the winery wasn't drinkable.(???) For the overcharge on the wine, she could have offer me a $2 bottle of water for free. Also, when you order your wine tasting, she gives each person a wine glass acting like it is included in the tasting. NOT! She will charge you $4.50 for the wine glass. (Still trying to figure out why she would give you a glass for a wine tasting that is already in little plastic cups.) Just BEWARE of all the "extra" charges that she will try to collect. Oh, BTW, this is my third case of wine I've purchased from them in a year. This happened on my first purchase one year ago, but I didn't notice it until it was too late, that's why I questioned her this time. The other one was purchased on-line. Just BEWARE!
