点评：Sadly ignored.
A few friends and I are heading to Albert for a holiday. The tourist office apparently has bike hire and the website encourages you to make contact via a contact form. I used this a few times, I also emailed and rang the office. All Emails and contact forms I sent (over a four week period with lots of notice) were ignored.
When I rang the person who picked up the phone was very pleasant and spoke excellent English. They said they needed to check bike hire with someone else but they would get back to me. Of course they didn’t . The whole contact piece was really frustrating. If they don’t have bikes then why don’t they update their website/ send an email saying …sorry we can only do hire in person?
In the end I gave up.
I’m tempted to go in when I arrive in Albert but from a distance it feels like the only thing they will be interested in is selling me a private tour.
