The Secret Spa at Village Farm的点评
点评：I attended a spa day with my mum and sister in law on Saturday. When we arrived, we were given a dressing gown to borrow, a towel and slippers. We were also given some complimentary travel sized shower gel and shampoo. Which was such a nice little extra. We were shown around and had a reminder of our treatment times. There is complimentary tea and coffee through out the day. There is also the option to purchase a coffee for £1.50, which you pay in change directly into the coffee machine. The coffee from the machine is lovely and worth the £1.50. You also have coffee syrups you can use as well. They also sell extra glasses of prosecco which I thought was a nice option.
They have unisex changing rooms, which didn't bother me at all as there is also a private changing room with a door and a family change and a further toilet and changing area with a lockable door. The rest have curtains but they do close all the way for privacy. There is also a few showers around the changing rooms with curtains.
The pool is lovely. It's a great size and it was so quiet when we went, we had it to ourselves nearly all day. The hot tub is also lovely and there is a sauna and steam room as well. There is also heated beds to sit on which we made use of throughout the day.
The treatments were incredible. I had a back massage and since my treatment my back has never felt better. The therapist is so attentive and actually takes pride in her work. She really makes an effort to make you feel relaxed. I never wanted the massage to end. They also sell the products they use as well, which smell amazing. The treatment area is decorated really lovely and they place the most relaxing music.
We had afternoon tea included with a glass of prosecco. The afternoon tea is provided by the running fox and it was the best afternoon tea I've ever had. It's a lovely little offer to include this and they present it really nice for you and provide cutlery and napkins. It looked amazing. There was so much food.
We stayed all day from around 10:00 to 16:00 and it was the most relaxing stress free spa day I've ever been on. It was so nice just to be able to use all the facilities at our leisure during the day. We felt really welcomed. We have all said we will be back soon.
