点评:Firstly, my review has nothing to do with PYO or the farm shop, both of which were lovely.
Unfortunately, our first (and now only) visit here was ruined by one member of staff in the cafe. We sat outside and placed our order, providing the table number at the time of ordering. Our food was given to another table, eventually the staff realised it was ours but I had seen the other table picking at our food so asked for it to be remade. Not an unreasonable request in my opinion.
Shortly after a member of staff came and told us our food would be at least half an hour, keep in mind we had already waited a while (expected as it was busy) to which I asked them to prioritise our food, given it wasn't our fault. They were unable to do that apparently. This could have been avoided entirely by using the table number provided, or the lady checking what was being delivered to the other table and paying attention to the fact she only had half of the food required for the number of people on that table. What made it so much worse though was her attitude towards the whole thing, she was rude, standoffish, and offered absolutely no resolution. In the end we got a refund and left.
It soured what was a lovely morning for us and based on this one particular woman's bad attitude, I wouldn't return nor recommend the cafe.
