点评：We used to love this place, especially during winter. So in Jan 2023, we bought memberships for our 2 littles. Unfortunately, most of the time, we end up with some kind of illness after visiting, although this isn't terribly unusual with the closed spaces and many children.
After an early Aug 2023 visit, I emailed them to remark on the lack of maintenance and safety concerns. I saw several areas of the play maze with broken straps that had simply been ziptied together. Some of these holes were large enough for a kid's leg to go through. Also, 6 (approx 30%) of their arcade games were not working. The manager emailed back and said they would be fixed.
2 months later in early Oct, we visited again. Besides 1 hole in the play maze, all the other straps had been fixed. However, there were still multiple arcade games broken, some with signs and some without. A few of these were ones that I had noted as broken 2 months ago. I posted on one of their Facebook posts about it but my post was quickly removed.
It seems the owner is far more focused on other sites or something else than repairing the CR facility. We will be canceling our membership after the 1 year commitment is done.
