"Claremore Oklahoma" has better food and more to do than Lake Arrowhead

点评：Nothing to do in Lake Arrowhead except come to this run down area. It's very run down and ugly. There are many "for lease" signs in the windows. The only store is COACH. There is gross food and gross coffee that tastes like sugar water and ugly paintings. This is a terrible destination do not go to lake arrowhead do not be fooled by the pretty air bnb pictures of cabins. It's a completely private lake and outsiders can't even walk on a trail next to it. There are gates and locks and no trespassing signs everywhere this is not a tourist destination and it's not a friendly place either. The people here are not very nice. I was so so so happy to get back home to the west side.
I also want to add there is zero grass in Lake Arrowhead. Your dog will be confused and I didn't see anyone with a dog either so im going to say its not kid friendly and its not dog friendly and its boring with bad taste. The people here have bad taste. Go to San Diego instead. You can charter a boat and everyone is just lovely in San Diego or go to Solvang or go to Pismo Beach just don't go to Lake Arrowhead I wouldn't even stop there on your way to Big Bear.

The only highlight was seeing a blue jay and a wood pecker but here in Los Angeles where I live we have more birds. From cranes to geese to ducks to hummingbirds to woodpeckers to hawks to ...let me put it this way...its not even a place to watch nature...I have more nature outside my window in Culver City, California.
We also went to the Skypark....Santas village and it was terrible too.
The queen boat was not even running.
the internet lied to me and I wasted my time trying to see lake arrowhead...it was like you can look but you can't touch..
whoever would want to kill the economy there and not let it be a tourist destination is out of their mind. you're missing out.
