We had a fantastic time at Fancy's Farm! The best part was that it’s free to enter, and for just £1, you can buy food to feed the animals, which is a big hit, especially with the sheep. They loved coming up to us for a snack and were super friendly – they even enjoyed being petted! The farm is very family-friendly, with lots of animals that love the attention, making it great for young children.
The staff were really welcoming and friendly, which added to the overall pleasant experience. We didn’t use the café this time, but we have in the past and it’s always been a nice spot for a quick snack. The farm is easy to find and has parking right outside, with additional spaces a short walk away if needed.
One of the highlights of the visit was definitely the views from the top of Portland – absolutely stunning! It’s a great spot for a relaxing, enjoyable time with the family. I’d highly recommend it, especially for younger kids, but it might not be enough for teenagers looking for more activities. Remember, it's free and it's not a zoo, but it’s still a lovely place to visit.
