点评：My family loved our 8-day tour of the Yucatan with Luis. He was able to modify his standard tour to fit in some of our requests such as going to Sian Ka'an and seeing the flamingos in Rio Lagartos. Each evening we spent the night at a cute bed and breakfast or hotel with an extra bed for our 8-year-old son. Breakfasts and lunches were handled by Luis, and we loved all the restaurants Luis took us to. Luis is very knowledgeable about the area's history, culture and environment. It's clear he is very passionate about his work and wants to share his love for the Yucatan with his guests. We love to see and photograph wildlife and he made a big effort to help us spot and identify birds and other animals throughout the tour. He also took photos and videos of our family that he shared with us after the tour. Even though me and my wife don't speak Spanish, my son does and Luis took the time to explain things to my son in Spanish so that he had an opportunity to practice his language skills. All the places Luis took us were amazing, and we discovered something we had never known about -- cenotes. Even my son, who is a bit averse to the water, loved them. On the final day there was a bit of a hitch because the boat tour was overbooked (due to no fault of Luis'). Through Luis' network, he was able to find an alternate activity, which turned out to be far more interesting and unique than the boat tour we were originally supposed to go on. On the last day, we were all sad to say goodbye to Luis because it felt like he had become a part of our family.
