MEXX Cooking School的点评
点评：If you’re looking at doing a cooking class in Bali don’t go past MEXX COOKING SCHOOL. A very pleasant man collected us from Kuta and took us to meet up with Erlinda at the markets. Erlinda’s obvious respect shown by stall owners and her knowledge of products was amazing.
Once we arrived at her ‘kitchen’ we were served a delicious morning tea then the fun began. The ladies who were helping were always ready for a laugh and an explanation of ‘what, how and when’.
Photo time was hilarious with our team of 4 and Erlinda’s team. Then the food we cooked was beautifully presented to us for lunch with a well earned cold drink.
This was followed by a trip to Tanah Lot. Our day was capped off when we arrived there and who should pop up on a motor bike next to us but one of our awesome MEXX chefs.
