Terrible Experience with Unsafe Scooters and Rude Owner

点评：I had an awful experience with this scooter rental company and would strongly advise others to stay away. The scooter I was given was in poor condition and clearly hadn’t been maintained properly, I regret not denying it when I got it the first minute, but the excitement of the trip didn’t let me be racional , which led to me having an accident while riding. Thankfully, I wasn’t seriously injured, but the lack of care shown by the owner was shocking.
Instead of asking if I was okay or expressing any concern, the owner immediately messaged to inform me that he would hold the $1,000 deposit. Not once did he apologize or take responsibility for the unsafe condition of the scooter. Or showed any interest in negotiate or be reasonable, His attitude was rude, dismissive, and made it clear that he cared more about money than customer safety.
This experience completely ruined my trip. Made me loose 2 tours and stay in the hotel taking care of my wounds ! If you’re looking for reliable and safe scooter rentals, look elsewhere. It’s not worth the risk. He even didn’t give me receipt of the depois so I could fill a claim on my insurance !
