点评：Absolutely disgraceful doorstaff treating people with access needs appallingly.
Despite showing access card explaining unable to queue . I was told to go back to the end of the queue . When I asked to speak to a manager I was told he doesn’t want to speak to me . I sat on a table by the door and he shouted at me aggressively to get off his table . I explained that his colleague offered to get me a chair and that I was merely waiting for that . I leant over to speak to a female member of staff to ask to speak to a manger and he replied don’t speak to her referring to me . He then proceeded to shout at me again for leaning over the table talking to staff . By this time I was physically shaking and my daughter had been sent away to the end of the queue . I asked the other staff member for a chair and he then told me to get my daughter as they were eventually going to let me in . I have never been so embarrassed and humiliated in my life . As I walked in I spoke to a manger and told him how I dealt he just said sorry and I will come and find you . I have been here an hour and no one has been to apologise. I will be taken this up with north herts council and Herts disability
