Idyllic Winery Visit
Máté Winery的点评
点评：Our groups' visit to beautiful Máté Winery was magical. It was our third winery of the day, and we were tired and full from a three course lunch from the previous winery, however when Jessica greeted us when we arrived, her warmth and genuine love for her winery perked us up. She led us through various parts of the vineyard and explained all about the grapes, climate, location in the field, etc.. She even showed us how they train the growth of the vines. Along the way, we got to make friends with the vineyard cats, enjoy the splendid scenery, and learn the history of the vineyard. Next Jessica led us to the open air tasting room overlooking the vineyard for a vertical tasting so we could compare how age and climate affect the wine. We were so thrilled with the Brunello wine, most of us signed up for Wine Club and are anxiously awaiting our first shipment! Our visit to Máté Winery topped off a perfect day.
