Went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible time (outside of the weather!!)

点评：I booked through this tour operator knowing that booking a month out places are often fully booked. A number of other places weren’t accepting booking but this tour company had a few spaces. When I sent the booking request through the organiser, Olivia bent over backwards to ensure I got the dates I asked and moved the extra Hot Springs accommodation time to ensure it worked with my holiday timings.
All parts of the admin process were carried out very well and communication was very swift and clear. Absolutely no issues with any part of the process from start to finish and everything went pretty much without any hitches.
As a side note I left my headphones at the lodge when checking out and both Olivia and Roslan, the driver, ensured I got my headphones back before I flew back out to KL at great personal sacrifice to them without losing the smile on their faces.
This is a company that I would 100% book with again and trust to take care of the full process from front to back on any future tours. 10/10 recommend and lovely people all round.
